SOLA Festival is a two-day global electronic music festival on the south coast of Sri Lanka.

It takes place at The Doctor’s House — a 200-year-old former Ayurvedic hospital that is now one of the country’s most well-known and visited event venues. Located in the paradise village of Madiha, the festival unfolds in a large garden right in front of the ocean.

SOLA happens at the end of January each year. It is a community-driven festival focused on sustainability and creating positive change — for our visitors, the local surroundings, and the environment.

At SOLA, you’ll find a creative market featuring local and national vendors, workshops, activities, special events, and a diverse lineup of local and international DJs.

It’s non-stop dancing from noon until dawn, with an energy that spreads to everyone who visits. It’s a place where strangers become friends.
